The Treatment Process Flow:
Primary Collection & Screening: Raw wastewater is gathered in a Collection Pit, then passed through a Rotating Drum Screen to remove large solids and debris, protecting downstream equipment from damage.
Oil & Grease Removal (Primary DAF): The effluent enters the first Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit, which effectively separates oils, fats, and grease (FOG) from the water stream.
Flow Equalization: Water is held in an Equalization Tank to balance fluctuations in flow and concentration, ensuring a steady feed to the subsequent treatment stages.
Advanced Pollutant Removal (Secondary DAF): A second DAF unit, enhanced with chemical coagulation and flocculation, targets the removal of fine suspended solids and dissolved chemical contaminants.
Biological Oxidation (Aeration Tank): The heart of the system where specialized aerobic bacteria break down organic matter (BOD/COD) in a high-oxygen environment.
Final Clarification & Filtration: After the Settling/Clarification process to separate sludge, the clear water is polished through a Sand Filtration system to remove any remaining micro-particles.
Disinfection & Storage: The water is treated via Chlorine Injection to eliminate pathogens, before being stored in the Final Product Pit, ready for safe discharge or irrigation reuse.
